Our client currently has exciting opportunities for Pension Administrators to join their Member Services team where you will provide excellent customer service by putting customers at the heart of everything you do.
As a Pensions Administrator you will ensure all members needs are met by providing a courteous, friendly and efficient compliant service, will review both live and pending work and where appropriate give support to ensure Service Level Agreements are met. You will support and answer telephone queries, adhering to relevant policies and legislative requirements such a Data Protection Act and Pensions Act 2004 and will escalate significant problems or concerns, particularly risk, financial and/or customer service standards.
Our ideal candidate will have a Retirement Provisions Certificate or Certificate in Pensions Administration and experience working in a similar Defined Benefit pensions’ role. A knowledge of relevant statutory frameworks is desirable. We are welcoming applications from customer focussed individuals with experience of providing the highest levels of customer service, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to translate complex technical issues to a range of stakeholders and must have proven attention to detail, organisation and time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
