What we are looking for: It is essential that you have come from a professional and full–cycle recruitment environment. Ideally coming from an open market desk, you will have worked in the competitive IT market and have an understanding of the challenges developing your own desk. You will maintain and develop collaborative working relationships with key clients that you sell to and ensure that you work to best recruiting practices to understand the hiring manager/clients needs and expectations. As part of an open market–focused recruitment team, you will be given the latest recruitment tools: social media, talent validation and online assessment tools including personality profiling and technical testing, to provide your client with the best service. This will give you the edge on your competition. Bristol is the leading branch in the group, and now have a key focus on building their IT permanent recruitment services. You will be supported by our Client Services team and Regional Manager to help you up–sell contingent opportunities to better and exclusive business with the objective to develop your career, client relationships and rewards within the recruitment industry. - Extensive full–lifecycle IT recruitment experience of technical and management level roles.
- Strong track record of recruitment innovation and up selling to exclusive business
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Calm and confident demeanour
- Credibility and presence
- Experience operating at Senior Recruiter Level or at Team Lead Level
- Clean, full UK driving licence
- Previous experience within a 360?? recruitment agency
- Previous experience working in a team lead role or someone who can mentor.
