DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER – MENTAL HEATH (CQC REGISTERED CARE HOME)

Shenehom is situated in the village of Barnes in SW London. The project supports people with mental health problems who have medium to high needs. People make good progress and achieve positive outcomes. The home works under a recovery framework and we believe that every person has the right to citizenship, with wellbeing, user led direction and personalisation at the heart of what we do.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have considerable experience in the mental health field and good management experience, ideally in supported living or residential care.  We are looking for a dedicated and passionate staff member to help people reach their goals and dare to dream. You will be skilled in leading, motivating and developing a staff team and have a responsible attitude. You will join a team of seven, made up of a Manager, two Deputy Managers and four Project Workers. The team are very experienced and skilled and, as Deputy Manager, your role will primarily involve helping with the leadership of the organisation, and in particular, with driving continuous improvement. You will help ensure that the highest standards of support and care are always in place, demonstrate strong positive ideas about practice and promote the rights of the residents. You will also have solid health and safety knowledge, line manage and support staff on a day to day basis and be competent in assessing and reducing risks.

WHAT’S THE OFFER?

Salary of  £31,990 – £34,590 per annum inc. inner LW (negotiable depending on experience)

Hours – 36 hours per week (shift work and some weekend work)

23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to a maximum of 30 days plus BH
